Research use policy
Every product sold on this site is furnished strictly for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified researchers and research organizations. Products are not for human or veterinary use of any kind, are not dietary supplements, and are not drugs. Placing an order is your confirmation that you understand and accept these terms.
Testing and certificates of analysis
Compounds are sent to independent third-party laboratories for identity and purity analysis. To request the certificate of analysis for your batch, email support with the batch number printed on your vial.
Shipping
Orders are processed within one business day and ship from stock held in the United States. Typical delivery is three to seven business days. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
Returns
Because of the nature of research compounds, opened vials cannot be returned. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within seven days of delivery and we will make it right.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to process and ship your order. We do not sell customer data. A full privacy policy will be published here before launch.
