Who we are

What we collect
- Order details — your name, email, phone number, shipping address, the items ordered, and any note you add.
- Account details — if you register, your name, email, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password itself.
- Messages — anything you send us through the site chat or by email.
- Age confirmation — we record only that the check passed. Your date of birth is used for that check and is not stored.
- Technical data — your IP address, used to rate-limit abuse of our forms.
What we do not collect
We do not collect or store card numbers or bank credentials. Payments are made directly through your own bank or payment provider, and those details never reach this website.
Why we use it
To process and ship your order, to answer your questions, to keep a record of your purchases in your account, to meet our record-keeping obligations, and to protect the site from abuse. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly functional cookies and local storage entries: your cart, your age confirmation, your sign-in session, and your chat thread. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics that profile you across other websites.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the shipping carrier that delivers your order, our web host which stores the site and its data, and where the law requires it. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years to meet tax and business record requirements. Account details are kept until you ask us to close the account. Chat threads are kept while the conversation is useful to support and then removed.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Order, account and message data is stored outside the public web directory and is not reachable from the internet. Passwords are stored as one-way bcrypt hashes. Sign-in sessions use HTTP-only cookies that JavaScript cannot read.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to certain processing or to complain to a supervisory authority. Email admin@calizolab.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will never charge you or treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
