The agreement between you and CALIZO LLC.
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of calizolab.com and any purchase from CALIZO LLC ("CALIZO", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Research use only
All products sold by CALIZO are supplied strictly for laboratory research use by qualified researchers and research organizations. They are not for human or animal consumption, and not for any personal, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, veterinary, food, cosmetic, or household use. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, or medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and no statement on this site has been evaluated by the FDA.
3. Who may buy
You must be at least 21 years old and purchasing as, or on behalf of, a qualified research professional, laboratory, or research entity. By ordering you confirm this is true. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe the products may be intended for a prohibited use.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for handling, storing, using and disposing of the materials safely, by qualified personnel, in an appropriate laboratory setting, and in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and institutional requirements. You accept full responsibility for the lawful use of anything you purchase.
5. Orders and pricing
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm payment. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is accepted. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, or is unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Member discounts apply automatically at checkout to signed-in account holders.
6. Payment
Payment is due in full before an order ships. Your order reference must be included with your payment so we can match it. Orders that remain unpaid may be cancelled. We do not collect or store card or bank credentials on this website.
7. Shipping
We ship within the United States from US stock. Orders are normally processed within one business day of cleared payment, with typical delivery of three to seven business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate address.
8. Returns
Because of the nature of these materials, opened vials cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact help@calizolab.com within seven days of delivery with your order reference and we will replace it or refund it.
9. Certificates of analysis
We publish independent certificates of analysis for the batches we stock. Certificates describe the specific batch tested. They are provided for information and do not constitute a warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.
10. No warranty
Except as expressly stated, products are supplied "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CALIZO's total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from use of the products outside their stated research purpose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify CALIZO against any claim arising from your use, handling, storage, resale or disposal of the products, or from your breach of these terms.
13. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
14. Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, photography, and branding, belongs to CALIZO LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of that state.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
